I've been a customer with Flora2000 for 2 years now, and I've always trusted them, until this time. Please look at the below pictures and tell me its the same bouquet. I order the Tantra Mantra for a very close friend to give her new hope. The green paper bouquet is what she got, that's NOTHING like what I ordered. I spoke with a Flora 2000 representative and she told me that it has all the flowers that's listed. Are you kidding me? Have we forgot about arrangement and color in a flower bouquet? what happen to "Experience the manifestation of divine energy through this enchanting bouquet comprising of a peach spray rose, hot pink carnations and orange lilies." (that was the description for Tantra Mantra.) If i want an ordinary bouquet of pink carnations, white lilies, and red roses, I could of order it off the streets of Hong Kong vendors. I don't know what happened in 2012 but Flora2000's customer service and quality is nothing like what it use to be and nothing like what it advertize itself to be. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Don't believe the fancy website and the nice pictures because what you see is not what you will get.

I would put my reviews with honesty and without any prejudice so others think twice before going ahead and making any purchase from these people, they are just running a scam and only intent is to cheat customers. Learning from my experience I would also urge not to use your regular credit or debit card where they ask you punch in all details as you may regret tomorrow, best to be safe with virtual cards. Anyways coming to my experience, it was my mothers bday on 15 june 2012 and we placed four orders for four cakes vide order number 10005809,10005829,10005849 and 10005881. All through the day we reminded these people to deliver the orders , shirley, jerry, rachel and (most crook) bruce. They kept giving the crap that though they are committed to delivery on a particular date but can not gurantee time which can be anything from 9 am till 7 pm. We trusted them and waited patiently. They kept misleading and giving us false assurances, at least they should have been sensitive to understand important occasions of customers and emotional value such occasions carry. All they gave us was lie and more lies and never delivered the order, at this part of the country where we in summers temprature as high as 45 degrees so local bakery do not stock items unless you pre order with them and that too a day before but trusting these shameless people was mistake as they kept cheating us till tenth hour, i was sitting and communicating with their supervisor bruce for three hours and he kept giving me lies that orders are out on delivery no one arrived till 9 pm at night and he then left the chat shamelessly. Out of four at night at 9 pm someone arrived bringing two cakes out of four hanging them on his bike handle from some bakery which was about 20 miles away from place we live and while bringing these in hurry boxes kept hitting gas tank of bike and when he came to deliver cake was all samshed and pasted on wall and remaining was looking like a ball. We showed the same to delivery guy and remarked this on recipt. I just want to say that those who value their family should never trust flora2000 because at end they would cheat you and your important occasion would be screwed up. They are not just stopping here but rather then being ashamed and apologetic about this they do not reply to your emails and would close chat windows if you want to raise your concerns. They would also not attend to your calls. Mr Bruce crossed all limits of shamelessness and rather then being guilty and sorry closed our chat conversations twice and left. Not just cheaters but also unethical people and really regret ever coming to them, just thought to share my experience and save others from mistake we comitted. Feel like cursing them and surely they are crooks. god bless !

Flora2000 needs to step up there game or close their doors. I recently bought roses that looked bad ass online. Never got an email of confirmation but they sure took my money out of my account within seconds. Talked with customer service they said to check my spam, not there. Anyways I started doing my research and felt bad when I saw those six daisies below. I'm not going to lie I laughed and am laughing again. I was actually crossing my fingers that my wife wouldn't even get them so I had to spoil the surprise and told her what happened.Anyways she did get them the next day as promised, they even butchered my card. Take a look for yourself. I bet those positive comments are from Flora2000 if you think about it. Come on really, I bet there will be positive comment after this one.

I ordered yellow roses, a bottle of champagne, and truffles. They sent a bottle of champagne, six DAISIES, and chocolate covered cookies, all for $140.00. You can compare the picks for yourself.

ordered & promissed delivery by 18th feb. still waiting on delivery visa account debited 21st feb full refund of charges promissed 22nd feb by Jerry Foster to date 26th.feb no flowers delivered/no refund received/no further reply. Richard Fulham+ Jerry Foster are not to be trusted. Be warned FLORA2000 is a rip-off site. Do not order nor make any payment. I have full documentation to verify above. Richard Grace.

The flowers were not sent. They "accidentally" charged my account FOUR times for one order and did not change it until a week after I notified them. I messaged them a week after the flowers were not delivered and got no response. I messaged them again and they claimed "flowers delivered, we will now charge you" (even though they already did). They do not answer their phones and are never on the "24/7 Help Chat". FRAUDS!

Bait and switch. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of pink champagne roses for my girlfriend overseas. What she received was what you find left over at cemetaries. Brown edged, wilted roses and I wouldn't be surprised if that's where they got them from. I have not received a single reply from anyone at flora2000, they don't answer the phone and the so called 24/7 chat line, is dead no one ever comes on. Save your money, don't suffer the embarrassment I did. They use nothing but low end florists and don't even have the courtesy to reply to an unsatisfied customer Coggy717 . I ordered flowers for a surprise delivery for a relative's wedding day (April 2011) several days in advance. I even received a confirmation email from Flora2000 to confirm my order. On the actual wedding day and time of delivery, Flora2000 sent me an email to inform me they are unable to deliver the flowers and my order was canceled. There was no chance/time for me to organize an alternative. That was it, the opportunity of a special surprise on the once-in-a-life time wedding day was gone. Flora2000 does not take your order or your individual special occasion seriously. It's all automated. If they are unable to deliver, they will inform you through an automated email on the day and time when the flowers should have arrived. I am not kidding, I received the email on the exact date and time I requested the flowers. Their contact numbers are useless when they cancel your order on the day and time when the flowers should have arrived. It's up to you in the end. I kept all (automated) emails as proof of my experience. If it's a special occasion (e.g. birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc.) you should consider a more reliable delivery service. I would not recommend Flora2000 to anyone and I will never use Flora2000.
