Wayne Cooper did a wonderful job getting my wife's eTickets to me and to her. He did a truely great job.

Basically, theses tickets are standby and you're not allowed to check in any luggage! Found this out after purchasing nonrefundable tickets. Not a very good experience, will not be returning.

Yes ruby and Jade helped me with my cancellation fee. I was told I will not be charged a cancellation fee and my card would not be in charged due to my card having a block and lock on it. Yes this is a good website to book a vacation at. Thank you. I thank you for not charging my card.
