Tickets reservation was complicated. I was told that cheap tickets means no bags will be allowed till I asked.

first I get a rate and when I supposed to pay they said that that the airline didn't accept the rate and them they will try to get another offer but I have to pay more and I can't cancel the reservation even when the initial flight wasn't the same, and the prices was higher than the one that I got on the web page, so It's like you make people get the cheap rate and when people is gonna pay change the rates and even the schedule for the flights

Jade and Sakura did a great job trying to get my flights tickets but this company is selling tickets at a different price they are advertising so please be careful before you made the decision go with them

Samayra was very kind and patient for the position that they were in although transaction problems lasted hours but eventually they were easily solved.

They took too long to give me my flight Information and never provided me with the flight confirmation, hoping they dont take my money !! Will be back with a review if they do take my money !!!! Luke & Harris said they’ll verify my flight to make sure they don’t take out money from my account.
