I needed to cancel my flight reservation and Samayra and Anderson work extremely hard above and beyond to get it canceled as well as refund the charges and it is greatly appreciated, I would like to thank you both for your sincere understanding and help.

I was assisted by Sierra who cancelled my booking on American Airlines (ID 13660) per my request. She was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with this booking and highly recommend her assistance to any other customer who needs assistance with a airline booking issue!

Ms. Thomas was very helpful. She made sure my payment was successful, that I received my itinerary and assured me that I would receive my boarding passes a day before my travel. Thank you Ms. Thomas for your kindness, knowledge and help!
