Jessica Davis is my dawg!! She definitely a real one I have booked over 10 flights with her I do recommend just buying a couple days before she comes through!!! Only go too Jessica!!!

I booked 2 seats on 18 APR to Vegas from DC 2 months before my travel day exactly and 1 week prior I called them asking where my tickets or reservation info was and they said due to overbooking my reservation was cancelled. They did not call me or email me for 7 weeks to tell me that I had lost my reservation and they kept my money over $600. Then I had to book my flight directly with the airline and it cost me over $1300. Now I am still being told I am getting a refund for my $600 plus tickets I booked in Apr but have not received anything. I asked for a supervisor and they said none is available and the next day I asked for a SUPV and they put me on hold for 30 plus mins then hung up. The 3rd day I asked for a refund and I got a email saying I would get a refund and it had been processed. STILL NO REFUND issued. I then called the airline again and they said they never had a reservation with my name on it and the plane was in fact not overbooked and had plenty of seats. Over 30 available seats. I then called them back a 5th time and asked why did they not reach out to me in the past 7 weeks and tell me my reservations were cancelled and they said it was a GLITCH in the system. So due to this company taking my money and holding it for 7 weeks I had to buy a last minute ticket with the airline directly paying over double the going rate. I am still asking daily for a status on my refund. I am now going to have to reach out to my credit card and file fraud claim apparently to get my refund. My experience with this company is HORRIBLE. F- Grade!

Worse company ever. I booked a flight 2 days before my flight they told me it was canceled. I couldn't miss this wedding so I had to spend more money to book my flight elsewhere. they said I would get a refund and I never received it. So they messed with the wrong person. Because I know people that know people ,and I will have this business shut down

Terrible decision buying in this page, they charged me for the tickets and 1 week later they said that the tickets are not available. I called and texted and they didn’t answer until now. I had to report them as a scam and fraud to my bank account. Please don’t buy in this page. Ana never answered.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking flights through this company. I booked a flight for two passengers in November 2025 and was later contacted by an agent named Rachael, who informed me that the tickets had been cancelled. I was assured that I would receive a full refund of $711.44 USD within 10 days. As of today, I have not received any refund. I have made several attempts to contact the company by phone, but the calls go unanswered and remain on hold indefinitely. There has been no meaningful communication or resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Please be cautious before making any payments, as getting your money back appears to be very difficult.
