Can’t track my shipping unless I download a special app which I will not do. Use standard shipping tracking methods like everyone else does. I will not order again until this changes. I have ordered six of these arm braces but this one will be the last. Fix the shipment tracking and make it user friendly.

Never received my item, so I don't know how it helped me out with my pain.

The sleeves are so narrow at the end it's almost impossible to get them off of your foot. I have fixed the problem somewhat by cutting ✂️ a 2-3 inch section at the bottom of each sleeve along the seam. This is not caused by me mismeasuring the distance around the biggest part of my lower leg.

Sadly, ifI I could give this company a 0, I would. They not once answered my phone call nor returned my phone calls. Nor did they ever answer any of my emails. And on top of that, they sent me the wrong product. I could not in good conscience recommend this company. I thought maybe they were a SCAM company.
