Mohammed, thanks for sharing your experience! We apologize for the delayed replies. It may take our support agents some extra time to process incoming requests. The refund request can only be approved if we cannot fix the bug promptly or if the software is faulty. Which is not the case. FlexiHub data transfer speed depends on your network configuration, modem or router settings, and such. We have supplied you with the instructions that will help fix the issue. USB Network Gate and Donglify are other products made by our team that share a similar concept but differ in use cases and functionality. The FlexiHub demo account remains active for 30 days (not 7) or until you use up all 5 demo sessions. We are sorry that FlexiHub did not work for your right of the box due to network issues. Still, our support department will be happy to help you set FlexiHub up.

Hi Al! Thanks for sharing your review. To avoid such misunderstandings, our service offers a free demo trial. It does NOT require a credit card to be entered. There are thousands of USB devices and we are not able to test every one of them, unfortunately. That's why we offer a fully functional demo. During the demo, you can test FlexiHub fully without any functional restrictions and check how it works with your setup. The Refund Policy can be viewed on our website: https://www.flexihub.com/terms-of-service/

Rostislav, Thanks for sharing your user experience, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We do not charge the credit card that was used to sign up for the trial before the trial period ends. Neither do we withdraw the payment in case the trial was canceled during the first 7 days of the subscription. Perhaps you have created several FlexiHub subscriptions, and one of them was not canceled in time. Our support team strives to address every ticket within the first 48 hours. Also, we are always replying to every inquiry on Facebook. As for the malware, we can assure you that every FlexiHub build hosted on our official website does not contain any and is safe for use. In any case, you can always hit us up on Facebook with a detailed description of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.
