I have suffered from constipation and bloating since my early twenties. I started the Flat Tummy Tea back in 2018 and I haven't gone without it since. It has been a game changer in my life, I take it every day and even take it on vacation. My family lovingly calls it "Moms poop tea" I love this stuff.
