The U.S. flag arrived on time. It was as advertised. Very well created. I put it on my flag pole on the day it arrived to replace one that had recently worn out due to wear.

God Bless America and patriots like you! We are grateful for your support!
Easy to find what I wanted on website. A personal note to me from them thanking me for my support. I always look for "Made in America" and Local/Small Businesses.

So grateful to you for taking the time to share that! God Bless America.
The quality of the flag looks great. We had a storm a couple of days after I raised it and we had 60 mph winds. Still looks great. The personal touche of the thank you letter was nice. Could tell it's a family owned business.

You have been a dear customer since our first year and we are so grateful. God bless you and yours always & God Bless America!
My only complaint is that the company needs to have better communication. The flag is absolutely beautiful.

Thanks very much. As a small company, the additional overhead of a phone system was too much this year. We chose to keep flag prices at 2021 levels rather than raise them. Customers can reach us by email or the chat function on the website.
