Fk adjust I am incredibly disappointed with the service and communication from this company. I invested $800 into this machine, only for it to fail after just one month of use. What was explicitly promised to be a 2-to-3 day repair turnaround turned into a two-month ordeal that has caused me significant out-of-pocket financial strain due to lost work. The lack of professionalism throughout this process is stunning: Zero Communication: I had to email them multiple times just to get a single response after they took possession of my machine. Massive Delays: My case was opened on 4/21/26. As of today, 6/24/26, I still do not have my machine back. Shipping Failure: They apparently shipped it back but didn't bother to send me the tracking number until a week after it left their facility. Now, when I check the tracking, the delivery date is entirely up in the air ("awaiting updates"). Don't get me wrong—the machine itself is powerful when it actually works. But their repair team and customer service are completely broken. I might not be their highest-profile client, but no paying customer should ever be treated with this much disregard.

I bought a Flux mini a few years ago. I used it for about 200 hours. After a period not using i wanted to use it again. Both batteries where defect, they only work with powercord connected. I mailed and called FK Irons/ Micobeau and their customer service is terrible. The machine are very low quality. I have Chinese machines that are 200% better quality. It is a bit my own fault I owned a Xion with lighningbolt and within 1,5 years the Xion rattled like peas in an can. And the battery was after 18 months lazy. After a full charge the battery stopped after 1 hour. Also asked explanation, but no answer. They only want you to send the machine to the USA, what is very expensive and they cannot garantee warrantee and they als cannot an estimate for the cost. Never buy a product from this company bad machines and worse service This already costed me €15 to call to USA. And now officer a bad review, you can see that they send a mail in which they are suggesting to help me. In that expensive phone call they already said that I had to send my machine completely back to the USA. I took my loss and I gave the machine swimming lessons. For me never again a product from this company. They should take an example to Bishop, they delivered me a battery that stopped charging.. after sending them a video clip, I got a new battery within the week. So please never buy something from this company..

My machine had a unique malfunction that needed repair. Like most, I couldn't be without my machine. Ty was very understanding and helpful. The experience gave me confidence in the FK Irons team. Ty kept me informed and offered to expedite my order. The repairs are holding up and I appreciate the individual who did the work. Thank you TY for your detailed communication.

Machines are trash & unreliable. Bought a $1200 machine one battery never worked, not even once. The other holds a charge for 30 min. Filled out "repair request" forms multiple times through the year.... no RA ever sent to me. Emailed them directly for it & they told me to fill out another form or don't respond at all. I don't have the time for a bunch of bs, threw the thing in the trash & will never ever spend a dime with them again. Multiple coworkers have had the same exact issues

Hey Vanessa! Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I’m so sorry you’ve been dealing with machine issues for so long without any resolution. I can only imagine the frustration of purchasing such an expensive machine and not even getting the chance to enjoy it before experiencing issues. If you’re open to it, I would be more than happy to offer you (and your coworkers, if they’d like!) the assistance you should have received a very long time ago. I just reached out to you via email, I look forward to speaking with you soon!
I had purchased a killswitch directly from FK Irons to go along with my Flux Max machine. The kill switch from day one was very temperamental and eventually I grew so frustrated that I contacted FK irons in hopes of seeking a repair. This was in late November last year (today it is over 4 months later) I was told I cannot get it repaired as the product was discontinued (this was over 4 months ago and is still being sold on their website today with no mention of the discontinuation). They had offered me shop credit and being honest after this experience I wasn’t very confident of buying another FK Irons product. I told them that I would like a refund to which they replied no. I then had to point out that legally in my country they have too provide a refund if the product is faulty, only then they had agreed and I sent the kill switch off The kill switch has been sitting there some time now and I there has been no contact in regards to the refund. For such a large company in a niche industry I’m very disappointed with the customer service, I can provide full email chains of my issue. Over the last 4 months I decided to branch out and try a different branded machine. It is Chinese and costs me far far less (almost 10 times less) The quality of the Chinese machine is very much the same of the FK machine I have, I feel like a bit of an idiot for falling for their marketing, I am still awaiting my refund

Hey Jack! Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. I deeply apologize for the issues with your Kill Switch. I can completely understand how frustrating and blindsiding it must feel when you purchase equipment you cannot receive a repair for, especially when you're denied a simple refund on top of that. I would be happy to assist you further with this situation. I'll be reaching out via email momentarily. I look forward to speaking with you!
