FixrunnerReviews of fixrunner.com

I'm a 61 year old retired teacher who is trying to operate my own private online business. I've been "taken to the cleaners" on several occasions by web companies and developers who took my money and didn't complete the work, didn't follow through with my directions, or provide me help after they completed the work. Fixrunner is the best I've found. They were quick with their work, dependable, and always willing to answer my questions. Most importantly, they are HONEST. When I downgraded my service to save a little money, I made a mistake in the process. They could have easily left my mistake alone and taken advantage of the mistake, like many would do. Someone at Fixrunner who was aware of what my intent was, noticed my mistake and took it upon them self to correct it and contact me. They went to the trouble to help me out even though it meant less profit for them. I plan on signing up for the higher service plan as soon as my business takes off. These guys are the best!!

Excellent and fast service. I will be using them for other projects. Great work.

I have been using Fixrunner for several months and am SO happy I found them. Any time I have had an issue, day or night, they jump on it and fix it right away. My website could not run without them. Thanks guys for all your help!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! My life is so much easier with Fixrunner in it! They are knowledgeable, quick, and have great customer service. I recommend this co. to EVERYONE especially small businesses needing their websites managed. Thank you Fixrunner! I can now make money and leave the technical stuff to you!

The difference between lighting and lightening bugs ... I do not lie. And I speak from having offshore freelancers on slow-cruise mess up and talk out their backsides. For solving the smallest and greatest WordPress or DIVI website snafus, function or design, this outfit is tops. Sam keeps his word, and Ilija (if you can get him and his team) isn't stumped by the beauties I've failed to fix on my site. And I'm a Mensan. My experience is they regularly fix my problems overnight, not in two to six weeks. Their command of English is extraordinary and unexpected. Yeah! True professionals.

I started with FiXRunner initially because I had a specific issue I needed to have addressed. At first I was concerned with the 3 month minimum charge, but bit the bullet and went ahead with it. I have been very surprised at the speed of replies and the quality of the work. Even more that when I need to speak with someone on the phone and schedule a time they show up at exactly that time! What began as an effort to fix a problem has now become a lesson that hiring the right team to help keep your websites operating at their best saves time, money, heartburn and aggravation. I can not say enough about Sam and the team and would recommend that if you have a WordPress eCommerce website you need their services! John M. White, Owner Pilot Supplies & Sunglasses LLC

It's very hard to find a business these days over the internet that can do what they say. Most hook you in for the sale and then work at their pace, not understanding that you might be in a pinch. I feel they are proud to provide a great service to my site, and feel they treat it as if it was their own personal site. These guys worked on my site, trouble shooting until the job was done. They literally took my site, replicated on a test server and went through every plug-in until the problem was resolved after recent WP 5.0.2 update. My site runs smooth as butter ready to take on my seasonal business. I do not have a dedicated IT team, but with their subscription service I know I can be taken care of 24/7/365 without hesitation. Quick, constant, and thorough communication throughout the process. Would recommend them to all my fellow business members.

If you’re skeptical of trying them, don’t be! They’re great folks, and they respond quickly! Very knowledgeable and always very quick to respond to my questions or issues. I’m glad I have them available to help me with my site :)
