Most of the time they are pretty good. The other day I called about my AC being down, never heard back! Had to go outside the plan for repair.

Fixd was very straight forward about what needed to be done. And they didn’t try to oversell me on specific brands and equipment. Will definitely go back to them when we replace our downstairs unit next year.

I managed several Properties and gave Fixed a chance. Not only the technician couldn't fix it, they didn't tell me when they would be back to fix it or how much it would cost to fix it. I asked for my money back through Fixd because they customer service was terrible, unprofessional and sloppy. Each representative told me a different story. Someone said it'll be refunded to me in 7 business days. Someone else told me it would not be refunded. Long story short, I would not bring my business to this company until they could get a better system to keep things organized.

Called to place a work order two days ago and left a voicemail, still waiting for a return call.

The technician was professional..conducted trouble shooting to identify the root cause of the problem.

No complaints...anytime I call with an issue it is handled quick, professionally, & with a smile.
