The techs are great and very knowledgeable. The on line process to make a appointment is very bad.

They made sure to get back with me on my claim and reimburse me for my plumbing issue in my house

Poor communication all around. Scheduled a technician for repair of my fridge on Monday through the portal for a Thursday. Come Thursday, no tech was assigned, so I had to call to reschedule (which translates to me that the portal was worthless). Tech came out and told my daughter who was home from college that it was the compressor and left. Called two days later with the price. By that time I was done with this company.

Takes several days to get repair people out Then have been over charged more than once One repair was a no show - came the next day - said he was sent to the wrong house day before

Great service once they came- wish I didn't have to wait a week to get it or to get service sooner would have had to pay extra.
