Was not what I was looking for
Was not what I was looking for. There where many lines on top of one another, edges were not smooth and letters looked terrible.

Used wrong template. Did not return correspondence concerning the artwork.

Hi Wayne, We spoke with you on the phone and sent multiple emails about the template issue you were experiencing. We have used the correct template. The problem is due to your printer settings. You need to print at 100% size instead of "Scale to Fit" or "Fit to Page." Feel free to let us know if you need anything else.
So normally getting one color artwork vectorized runs $10. These guys charge $25 and leave out obvious parts of the artwork on top of a slow turn around time.

Pictures look almost identical to ones submitted. Some missing elements in final vectored image than what was submitted. Disappointed and feel like I wasted money

I'm sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. I'd be happy to revise or rework the artwork for you. If that doesn't work, I can also process a refund for you. When we redraw/recreate your artwork in vector format, we try to come as close to your original drawings as possible. Generally, being identical is a good thing, but if you need something different, we'd be happy to make changes until you're happy with it. We tried our best to capture all the details/elements in your hand-drawn artwork, but since we're redrawing everything using only vector lines, we may have missed something. I did a before and after comparison of your artwork and didn't notice any obvious omissions, but if you can let me know what is missing, I'd be happy to get it fixed ASAP. I will also send you an email with this information but feel free to reach out directly by responding to your order completion email.
