Jerry T did a great job and provided support when needed. There were a few number errors but they were ultimately resolved.

FiWize turned out to be an amazing outcome in a refinance rate for my vehicle saving me over $2,700 over the life of my original dealer auto loan! The personnel were helpful and responsive and I was able to do everything online or by phone. The only reason they are not five stars was the loan took over a month from start to finish.

There were communication glitches which cause me to give a 4 star. I do recommend FiWize for your leasing needs and a fair rate. Carl McCullum

I was really surprised that they were able to find a lender willing to work with my situation at a fair interest rate. They kept me up to date throughout the process and everything was going good.The problem I ran into is when they apparently mixed up my information with someone else's and then told me I had to put more down than originally quoted. It eventually got straightened out, but this happening at all is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Ken was a big help! Answered every question I had along the way..I didn’t get the initial terms I hoped for but we still made it work. I finally accomplished my goal of lowering my car note!

Everyone was nice and polite and follow up was timely. I just didn't appreciate having to submit some documents twice because the process was taking longer than anticipated. Overall the process was pretty smooth.
