Excellent Service Overall Having administered our Five9 account for nearly 9 years, I've found the product to be very user friendly on both the Admin and User side. Setting up campaigns, adjusting IVRs, call flow, etc are all done very easily via the Administrative tool. The service is also very robust with minimal downtime. Repairs on those rare occasions are very swift and communication from Support is very proactive, including call backs when the issues have been fixed. Overall excellent product.

Five9 is an amazing contact center platform that is very scalable and very efficient for companies. We love Five9 because we can have multiple call centers in multiple locations using one platform, and acting as one center. We also love Five9 because all a rep needs is a headset, laptop and internet connection. Five9 does it all - inbound, outbound, call routing, call recording, and supervisors can barge in, whisper and coach. It is a all-in-one contact center package.

Five 9 is on top of everything and anytime you are stuck their customer service is the best they will walk you through it and explain what they are doing to solve your issue. The best dialer company we have ever used. We highly recommend them.

Five9 holds strong when it comes to the call center space, their technology alone makes the product so great. Reporting is a big function for our company and the out of box reports are amazing. The people Five9 employees are also really good, we enjoy working with Mandy and Eric to get our services up and running.
