Five9 has many features on the back end that make integration and the complications of our operations possible. However, Support always seems to be a bit of a hassle. More charges incur for solutions that you'd think would be more accessible. Otherwise, for the most part we are satisfied with Five9.

Integration started off great then got worse as time progressed UI is terrible Java is not a good option

I think that technical support must be highly trained to answer customer demands, and here by I will share my opinion that the one you have in UK is below my expectations.

Our consultant, Roy Dacanay, is top notch and makes our experience a good one. My only constructive criticism is that the Five9 training was not comprehensive. It should have included instructions on how to pull reports, as well as spend more time on IVR set up.
