Ease of doing business and great products

I have now ordered from Fitzula's twice. Both orders arrived earlier than expected and also accurate! I am looking forward to visiting the site again, to see if an "out of stock" item has made it back to the shelf (smile)!

Pricing was better than Amazon, the order was accurate and it arrived before the anticipated delivery date. Wish they had more of some of the Ganz angel categories I wanted, but there were only 1 or 2 of some of the angels which I wanted, so I selected 2nd and 3rd choices, still very nice.

I received a phone call letting me know I did not have to pay for extra shipping. I was credited back and received received my item the next day. That employee was excellent and she did not have to take the time to call me

You had what I wanted and I received them in a reasonable time.
