Fit Recovery is the only site that I have ever seen address the foundation for recovery - Biochemical Repair. Without Biochemical repair, there can be no recovery. Chris's advice and experience is invaluable towards any recovery for any substance and I could not possibly recommend the site more!

Fit Recovery is the best program I have ever seen for conquering alcohol addiction. Its emphasis on neurobiology factors in addition to psychologic, social and spiritual aspects is unparalleled in the world of recovery. Balancing brain chemistry which has become very disordered by alcohol is a brilliant and crucial step in recovery and makes the process so much easier.

It is truly a miracle! I am on day 6 without alcohol or cravings for it! I have drank every single day for at lease 10 years now. Finding this program was a massive help. 10 weeks ago today, I took myself to the doctor, shaking, sweating, and very concerned as my body went through acute withdrawal from alcohol. I had tried to quite booze once before and after some initial success, simply failed. I knew that I could no longer do it on my own, and needed some structure, a plan, some pracitical actions to take, and a guide. Chris and Fit Recovery provided that, and I am truly grateful for it. 10 weeks out, I feel better than I have in years, and that feeling only continues to improve. Absolutely recommended.
