I discovered Fit Discovery a few years…
I discovered Fit Discovery a few years ago, in my sober curious phase. Out of all the videos and podcasts online, I found Chris Scott to be brilliant and articulate. I could have listened to him for days. Chris struck me as someone who spent a lot of time reading and educating himself about a topic that he cares very much about. Later, when I had had enough I hired him as my coach. Knowing I had him in my corner has made all the difference. He is kind, patient and will bend over backwards to help. He researches your case details, and provides real solutions. Fit Recovery is where you can finally make it stop.
