I loved the flavor but for some reason my eyes swelled up and it gave me diarrhea. I would have given 5 stars but i must be allergic to one of the ingredients. I would like to return it as I only used like 4 scoops

The out reach is enormous. They are always there to help in anyway. People are very pleasant and inviting.

I like the accountability that is built in with the Fit Mother Project. It's a doable program and I am seeing results.

The program is exceptional because Dr. B. not only makes recommendations, he also educates clients about the latest research surrounding nutrition and muscle building. Any questions are answered promptly either via email or on the weekly Coaches Corner video.

The coaching, the regular emails to stay on track. The sense that you are making life changes along with others. You don't have to be perfect, just consistent

I dislike the website for someone who uses it only on their cell phone. There are a lot of extra steps that I have to take to get access to the programs. I know it sounds menial, but I have to double tap everything if I open up an extra window I have to start from the beginning an app would really make the program a lot more sustainable. Also, having workout videos on the app that people can follow along with not just instructions and a place where you could put in your weights that you used. There are other exercise apps out there that do this, and it would really be beneficial. Overall I really like the program. It seems complete to me and I love the YouTube videos and the podcast. It would just be nice to have an app form.

The plan was informative but not easy to navigate the program… Did not realize that there would be a 2nd & 3rd part to the program … In any event, thank you for putting this kind of plan with us in mind…best wishes to all future programs.
