RE: FIT KING Cordless & Rechargeable Leg and Foot Massager FT- 059A. I have a condition called capillary leak syndrome, fluid leaks from my capillaries in to my tissue and settles in my legs. These boots have given me my legs back. I have medical grade pneumatic leg presses and these are so much easier to use. Also, carnival cruise line advised me to get the battery powered ones instead of my medical grade ones for our upcoming cruise. I tried 2 other brands before finding these and I love them. They are so great I got 2 pairs, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The first company didn't fit right, the second pair stabbed me in my calf and somtimes felt like a shock. These boots worked great for about 5 weeks, and then the right leg's motor burned out. I emailed the company and got a response right away they would sent a replacement. Thank you for sending a replacement, I hope they last forever!!! Great customer service!!

Great product with exceptional customer service! Will definitely buy additional products from them.

I appreciate your collaboration and your proactive approach. You turned a problem into a solution. Thank you for dedicating your time and energy to resolving something that was so important to me. Thank you for making things easier for me with your assistance. Your gesture had a greater impact than you can imagine. ONCE AGAIN: Thank you very much. Your customer service is excellent; you have been very communicative right from my very first purchase. A++++.

The leg compression boots are amazing! Ultimately I'm really glad we ordered them. We had tried out a friends and ordered the exact same pair (FT-082A) in the same size (large) and ours are much longer, so they must have resized. I would suggest measuring both length and circumference to be sure, if those are available on the site. I also didn't fully vet the return policy like I should have, that's on me (yes, it's at the bottom of their main page-- it is the longest return policy I've read though). I googled the return policy when I couldn't find to see if there was a return fee and it looked like I was all set. There was a sale so we added the hand massager to our order and that was a total waste. It does nothing. I'd expected a similar experience as the leg compression boots but it's useless, very little massage. In fact my husband said his hands hurt more after doing it. It's cordless and in my experience corded things like this just do better for power anyway. I missed the part in the policy where you can ONLY return unopened, unused items. So in the end I found their return policy very disappointing and we're stuck with this $80 hand massager we'll never use. It'd be nice if smaller companies could stand by their products a bit more and honor true customer satisfaction but alas, not all companies will do that.

THUMBS UP! The blue thumbs down emoji auto-populated. This company is VERY GOOD! I contacted the company before purchasing to clarify fit and return policy. They were responsive, informative and polite. I ordered the product and I am very pleased with the functionality and quality. Especially for the price.

Prompt and informative answer to my inquiry. Obvious that customer care is at the top of their priorities.

I was experiencing burning, itching foot pain for two weeks before I purchased the electronic foot Stimulator. After just 2 days of use, no more foot pain. I contacted support because the instructions are not detailed enough for me, as far as settings. Quick response with information I was looking for. Excellent customer support.

Complete scam site, ordered something and never received item or any response from site! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
