Since switching to First Day my son has had less outbursts and enjoys taking his gummies first thing in the morning. They’re a great texture, smell yummy and are all a round what we’ve been looking for. I’m thankful we found First Day!

I started taking these gummies a few weeks ago and I can say they have made a big difference in my sleep. I wake up feeling rested and I fall asleep quicker when I go to bed. I hadn’t slept this good in a long time. I will continue purchasing these magnesium gummies.

I'm happy and surprised that I FINALLY found a multi that actually works! No joke, I look forward to them every morning as soon as I get out of bed. We have been struggling with our oldest who's now 5 1/2 years old for almost 3 years getting him to eat enough and regularly. This led to mood swings, anger and outbursts, you name it he experienced it. I found First Day a few years ago but like a lot of moms, struggled with the cost when I factored in the exchange rate. One day 3 months ago I stumbled back across First Day again but with a coupon code this time and pulled the trigger. I wish I did this sooner because within a month he was eating better and more, the mood swings have died down (not gone completely but a win is a win IMO) and the constant aggression is almost gone. He's doing so much better since adding in First Day and now his brother is using them too because why not give him the advantage as well? It's not often I make reviews like this but moms, buy the gummies - it's worth the investment in your kids wellbeing.

best choice of vitamin, it really works and the taste and smell are very good, I can take it before eating something and it doesn't bother me like other vitamins. I highly recommend this
