I give it a one star. I’ve tried to cancel first day several times now and I keep getting charged and sent packages. They do everything but cancel your subscription.

Fining it very difficult to cancel order. Had tried to do it once and the suspended it for a time. Will not refund me for unwanted delivery and have yet to cancel it

I tried to email you guys so many times stop sending me my orders, but you guys don’t listen. I don’t need it. That was just for a gift stop sending it to me.

Your customer service is not helpful. I was charged for an order that I had pushed to a further date. I asked to cancel my subscription through email and corresponded back and forth without them doing what I was requesting. Instead they tried to keep my business even after I said “ no, I just want to cancel”. I’m still in the process of getting this resolved.

First Day has terrible customer service. I’m not sure if anyone is actually even working in that department. When I first ordered them my kids thought they were ok but didn’t seem to make a huge difference and they weren’t crazy about the flavor. I forgot to cancel the subscription, emailed them immediately when I woke up and saw I was charged overnight. I got an email back saying once I’m charged there’s no way to refund me because they are processing, no way to know if they can stop them, etc. They at least cancelled the subscription. Then I sent another email asking for a refund on my first order because their refund policy states that if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase you can be refunded within 45-days of your first purchase and only your first purchase, up to $100 or 3 bottles. We weren’t happy, I asked for a refund. I get an email back from the same customer service rep, “Emma”, who I am now convinced is some AI bot they use, using some script about if I don’t cancel my subscription they’ll cut off 30% and how does that sound? I replied back explaining that I have already canceled my subscription and I would like a refund for my first order. Never heard back from that. I tried sending a new email to customer support explaining that I have asked for a refund and I got a response that had nothing to do with a refund. I got a reply from “Emma“ yet again asking if a store credit would suffice. I replied back and said no thank you I am within my 45 days and according to your refund policy, you have a money back guarantee I would like my money back. Again, never heard back. Any email I send I get a response from “Emma” but once I reply I never hear back again. I have to constantly send a new email to support. At this point it’s been 3 days since sending another email forwarding the chain of their response and my response asking why I can’t get an answer on this. Nothing. I opened up a dispute with PayPal and emailed them again this morning. Now I’m just trying to warn others.

Awful. Impossible to cancel recurring subscriptions. I have requested cancellation times, they say it is cancelled, and I keep getting charged for subscription fulfillment. Unethical. Avoid company!!!

I signed up to try these with my teen son. I like to give him some time to get used to something, bc often at first he doesn't like the taste, but he may get used to it. We had signed up for the recurring delivery for a cost savings. I never really felt right about them tbh because of the very plastic-y and chemical smell when you open the jar each time, plus they really stick together; however, we really gave it a go. About the 2nd jar I just realized it wasn't going to work anymore, and reached out to return the 3rd jar that had arrived, unopened. Customer service is definitely an AI bot, just oozing niceness and fake formalities, but at the end of the day refused to give us a refund on the last bottle. I explained everything why it took us some time, we were really trying to see if it would work. They offered an exchange for product, then 20% refund, then they stuck to only 30% refund...so typical of other country's tactics about refunds when a customer isn't happy with the product..even though these are supposedly made in US. Super unhappy with the whole experience, the horrible taste and chemical-ness of the gummies, and the company's customer service.
