Pleasant online ordering experience, very fast shipping, product quality exceeded my expectations for the price point. No regrets at all. My daughter is just as happy with her new beach cruiser.

Upon trying to order a custom color combination, the online order would not process. Since no specific reason was noted, I called the company. I was told the order would not process because one or more of the color components was on backorder. I asked if I would be notified when they were back in stock and was told I would just have to keep checking back because they didn’t know! After waiting 5 months and checking back each month, I ended up ordering a different color. Had the reviews for the bike not been so good, I would definitely have gone with another company. That said, the second choice bike we ordered came in a timely manner and is good quality. In this day and age, to not have the ability to notify customers of special order status is bizarre. These are not inexpensive bikes.

WELL MADE EASY ASSEMB. VALUE

I bought two 3-speed beach cruisers. When driving home from the beach, one of them fell of my car's bike rack damaging the handlebars, shifter, and front tire/rim. When I contacted them about getting replacement parts so that I could repair the bike, they quickly sent replacement parts at no cost. What company does that! Great support and great bikes.

Great bike for the price and even able to customize it!!! Only down side was that I felt that the frame was a little small when compared to other beach cruisers I have had. Great bike!!
