Excellent bike for the price

Tracking number was incorrect. I had to call in. It was right before Christmas so I wanted to track the package. The service over the phone was great. Just a little dissatisfied with initially getting the wrong tracking number.

Excellent bike at a great price. From ordering to receiving bike was very easy and communication from Firmstrong was very good. Got the bike yesterday and rode it 10 miles for it's shake down ride today. Great bike at a good price. Three speed works flawlessly. I am 6'4" and 290# and the bike fits well. My only "but" is the instructions do not list all the tools you need for assembly and if you are installing fenders you will need a very narrow 15 mm crescent to get behind the shifter to remove the wheel.

Wish there were better instructions for assembly. It was frustrating- no instructions whatsoever for the rack. The bike appears to be solid.

Service was excellent. I had a problem with my order, called customer service and spoke to Lara. She fixed my order and got everything right for me to receive my order on time.
