I had received my glasses after a couple of weeks. The right bow was loose from being crushed in the mail. I notified them when it fell off. They quickly made it right by replacing them. Thanks so much! You guys are awesome!

Firmoo gave me amazing quality glasses at a very low price. I even messed up my prescription when I entered it, but they made the correction even after they already made the lenses. They have great customer service, the glasses came with a quality case, cloth and pouch and arrived about a week after I ordered.

La calidad de sus gafas unido a la atencion al cliente preocupandose en el servicio prestado en la post-venta hacen de este lugar un sitio ideal de compra para sus gafas, No dejo un cinco estrellas debido a que al utilizar por primera vez una graduacion donde debo mezclar tanto lejos como cerca ,mi vista aun no se ha adaptado a ello, quizas deberia haber comprado unas progresivas en vez de unas bifocales. Estoy muy agradecido con Firmoo por todo. Lo recomiendo

Ordered spectacles went for I 10 day, whole have gotten on, they are executed firmly, they adjust for my face ideally. However, other spectacles on my defect of sight your spectacles become my favorites mum else and now they accompany me daily. I am satisfied very.
