Servizio davvero eccellente! L’assistenza è sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio in modo rapido e professionale.

Had glasses a few times from here and have to say the frames are so so flimsy. First time the wind blew them off my face and the arm broke but I was compensated. Second pair frames broke and scratched my face. Took them to opticians to check the lenses and they are nothing like the prescription I gave them. Can see better without. My advice don't bother

Hello Mrs. Ellen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with both the frames and lenses. Please be assured that we will thoroughly review your case. All of our glasses undergo quality checks before shipment, and lenses are processed based on the prescription provided in the order. However, we understand that issues can still occur, and we take this very seriously. If you had your glasses checked by a local optician, please feel free to share a copy of their assessment or test results with us. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing error on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide the solution accordingly. Our CSR will email you within 24 hours. Please check your inbox or spam mail. Thank you so much for your cooperation. Best Regards, Firmoo Customer Support Team
The lenses are not right, they are blurry and are not the same quality as high street lenses. Mine were done from the prescription and are not right, they are varifocal so maybe that is why.

Hi Deborah, We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your lenses and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We understand how important it is to have a clear and accurate vision, especially with varifocal lenses.

Ordered my glasses and the material was cheap. The metal frame was bending into itself, the nose pad extended the distance between the lens and my eyes, making my correct prescription incorrect. You couldnt bend the nose pad as it was fixed in place. Had to show specsavers to see if they could bend the ear piece for me, they were worried about potentially snapping it because of how cheap the metal looked. I ordered some heart shaped glasses with frames that split into two + charm. Wouldn't recommend, save your money and time. They gave me a full refund and told me not to send it back.

Hi Remi, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the quality and fit of the glasses you received. We appreciate you taking the time to share these details with us. Please be assured that your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our team to help us improve our product quality and overall customer experience, and to avoid similar situations in the future. No quería gastar mucho y me recomendaron Firmoo.
