I purchased a pair of glasses that were amazing quality, but too big for my face and I let Firmoo know that I would like to exchange them. They replied the same day and said I could keep them as back up and gave me a credit to apply to another frame purchase and just paid express shipping and for the lenses which was only $23. I got the new frames with prescription lenses within 8 days and they're absolutely beautiful!! The quality and prices are amazing and the customer service is excellent!! I definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for great quality glasses and more than fair prices. Thank you, Firmoo.

I have had a great experience with Firmoo. My first order did not go according to plan due to a wrong prescription. Lynn, my Customer Service Representative, was very understanding of my situation and offered a full refund so that I could order another pair with the correct prescription. Customer service is superb as the whole transaction (contacting Lynn, conversing and refunding) took less than one hour. Shipping was not refunded but that is understandable. I ordered my new pair a few months later and I cannot be happier. Firmoo offers a HUGE selection of trendy frames. I got a great deal on the pair that I wanted and the glasses are already almost at my door, just 4 days later. Firmoo is great for quality eyewear are discounted prices.

I’m honestly so in love with my glasses. The tryon sample when you’re choosing the kind you want is really helpful because then you know how it might look on your face and what not. Thank you firmoo because you allowed me to purchase with little money but received them in great quality. Now a girl can see all that is beautiful in the world with them. :) Everyone should come order from here. It only took a week and 1 days for mine to arrive. Great service!

This is by far the most impressive customer service I have EVER received. I purchased my prescription glasses ALWAYS from the US, big box stores (Lenscrafters, Pearl Vision, etc.) and I've been nothing more than marginally satisfied with my purchases. In fact, as a tax-paying, consumer I've purchased many things and rarely have I ever taken something back. If it didn't meet my expectations, I most likely chalked it up to experience and never went back to that vendor for anything else. I placed a review a week or so back explaining how satisfied I was with my first ever, online purchase of prescription glasses - with the only glitch that my lenses didn't transition, as they were a permanent tint. I've been satisfied with the quality of work and craftsmanship and pricing, just that I couldn't wear them inside and only outside. This was TOTALLY my fault being a 1st time customer and got confused with all of the super-cool options. Well, a CSR from Firmoo, named "Vizy" contacted me via email and actually provided THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service,. I have ever received I think in my entire adult life! :-) LoL. Firmoo is so 100% committed to each customer having nothing less than 100% satisfaction with their purchase, that Vizy went above and beyond what I had expected, and pleasantly surprised me with a partial refund. Absolutely amazing!! I had been wearing the glasses for approximately 5 weeks now, and simply wrote a good review, because...well...Firmoo is a great company to work with, and now I will buy all of my future glasses from them. In fact, I have a 2nd pair (this time with transitional lenses, LoL) on the way now. I LOVE these folks and will tell everyone about them.

I have ordered a few pairs of glasses from Firmoo and never had any trouble. My last pair could not be manufactured as per the order and I was offered a different frame style that did not suit me. The alternative I was offered was a full refund. I took this option and was promptly refunded. All communication was prompt, clear and polite. This has left me very happy with the quality of their overall service.

I made my first purchase with Firmoo today after seeing an ad on FB. Loved the selection of glasses. As a first time customer, I received a a discount code which I used. After a couple of hours, I received an email regarding my order, I noticed the address was wrong. I reached out to customer support and I got prompt service and the situation was resolved quickly by Agnes. I will definitely come back again.

I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. So many beautiful glasses for such a great price has to be too good to be true. BUT when i received my order i was SO SATISFIED. My glasses came better than i imagined. The quality feels high end and my prescription was correct! I also appreciate the customer service. Someone was always available to help me! I will be buying MORE! I never leave reviews for anything but I had to share for those who are a bit skeptical like I was.
