All my past experiences have been great, but this time I tried a 'super sensitive' lens that unfortunately darkened even inside my home. When I told Firmoo, they offered to, under full warranty, change this to a lens that will remain clear inside but darken in sunshine. The wait was less than three minutes, and I contacted the Chat window on a holiday! Mary, the agent was empathetic, warm, efficient, and personable. The whole experience was delightful.

Habe das erste Mal 3 Brillen bestellt und war einfach begeistert, Lieferung nach 9 Tagen in Super Qualität. Leider hatte ich mich bei der Größe einer Brille vertan und kontaktierte den Kundenservice zwecks Umtausch/Rücknahme. Mir wurde sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit geholfen, völlig unkompliziert wurde die Brille erstattet und ich habe neu bestellt. Meiner Meinung nach, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Compre gafas para mi hijo y para mi, en optica, me cobraron 680 Euros, y con la misma graduación las pedí en Firmoo. Me llegaron más rápido que en la óptica y la verdad es que jamás volveré a la óptica. Estoy encantada. Son más blanditas, pero vemos exactamente igual, y es más, mi hijo se pone más las de Firmoo, porque va nas comodo. Muchas gracias

Glasses took 2 weeks to arrive and then when they arrived they were plain glass without any prescription what so ever. Avoid at all cost - joke!

Plusieurs commande chez firmoo et toujours contente prix + qu'abordable avec beaucoup de choix sur les verres ''rajout d'options'' paiement possible en plusieurs fois donc non négligeables. Je viens de repasser une commande à l'instant j'espère que ce sera toujours aussi bon. Je peux que recommander ce site . Certe livraison un peu longue mais en vrai ça va c'est quand même pas en France hein et même en France cela met entre 7 à 10 jours .

Con molto scetticismo ho deciso di acquistare un paio di occhiali da vista su questo sito e devo dire che sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Occhiali da vista con lenti fotocromatiche arrivati prima del tempo e ben fatti prezzo imbattibile. Valuterò la durata nel tempo.
