Thanks for sharing, Bret. It's great to hear your wood stove arrived within a few days and that everything went smoothly with your order. We appreciate you choosing Fire Pit Surplus.
Great customer service! I was able to immediately speak to someone with questions and when I had followup questions I was able to reach that same person. My wood stove arrived on time and will be installed soon but so far it looks great! Very happy with my experience with Firepit Surplus.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Having someone available to answer questions throughout the purchase is important, and we're pleased you were able to reach the same person when you needed follow-up help. We hope your new wood stove installation goes smoothly and that you enjoy it for years to come.
Great price, super fast shipping, received my insert 5 days after I ordered and it's in good shape and exactly what I ordered. Tried to order from a different company and got the wrong insert and hey wouldn't help me exchange it. I was stuck with it. Firepitsurplus got it right. Great place to order from. Thanks

Five days from ordering to receiving the insert, and everything arrived in good shape. That’s a great outcome, especially after your previous experience with another company. We appreciate you giving Fire Pit Surplus a chance to get your wood stove insert right.
Extremely helpful through the entire process. We love the fire pit as it brought our backyard renovation together. Jess in customer service goes the extra xtra mile!

Jess will definitely appreciate this one. Helping customers through the entire buying process is what our team works toward every day, so it’s great to know she made a difference with your backyard renovation. Enjoy the new fire pit, Gary.
I had been searching for a bar height fire table for months. There were a few cheaper models on other sites, but they were all out of stock or were discontinued all together. Apparently, this is a niche item. I finally made the decision to spend the extra money and purchase the Elementi Rova on Fire Pit Surplus. Best decision I've made. Worth every penny. It is made from GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) and made to look like real wood. It ships (for free!) completely assembled in 2 boxes. The base and the table top. It was packaged and palletized great. Super easy to set up. Screw 4 bolts into the table top, connect to the base and bolt from the bottom. You will need 2 people. It is heavy. Hook up the LP tank, put the battery (included) into the ignitor and you are ready to go. It comes with lava rocks. You can use colored glass rock if you like. The cover only goes over the table top, it does not cover the whole unit. I recommend the combo purchase with the stainless steel burner cover and the wind guard. The Customer service team at Fire Pit Surplus are amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Jess, your awesome!

Brian, this is one of the most useful fire table reviews we've seen. The setup walkthrough, the note on the cover fit, the recommendation to pair it with the stainless steel burner cover and wind guard are the details customers landing on the Elementi Rova genuinely need before buying. You clearly put serious time into finding the right bar height fire table, and it shows. Jess will love the shoutout. Enjoy it.
Communication was timely and detailed. Delivery was much earlier than expected but easy. Have not used it yet, but it looks fantastic and eager to do so once we finish the patio project.

Jerry, an early delivery is always a good surprise. The patio will be worth the wait. Once everything comes together you'll have the perfect setup ready to go. If anything comes up when you're ready to fire it up, the team is easy to reach.
