FineWineCollector(FWC) has long been my top choice for buying loose bottled fine and rare collectible wines.They offer great pricing (amongst the lowest on the net) and frequent updates of new wines.FWC charges reasonable for shipping. The only improvements I would like to see is that FWC offers shipping to more states.
