Customer support will not respond very bad service also during interview the respond will either too late or too long I tried to contact them for refund but didn't receive any respond don't fall for there trap

I purchased a subscription to FinalRound AI, only to find out later that there were coupon codes available that could have saved me money. According to their own refund policy, if a user doesn't use the platform heavily after purchasing, they're eligible for a refund. I barely used the service and reached out promptly but they have completely ignored my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that won’t even respond to a legitimate refund request backed by their own policy. Poor customer support and lack of transparency. I expected better. Definitely not recommending this to anyone.
