Good item for a very reasonable price

Delivery was on time and price was great

We bought two filters, both were defective neither of them worked. I called the company phone number on their website, it is a disconnected line. I emailed them the email address on the website and didn’t hear back . I believe this is a phony company selling defective products for profit. American Express is investigating them right now.

While the checkout process was a big weird, prices, and the process of shipping and receiving was excellent. Prices were less than half what we expected based upon the brand name company's product and We had our product in just a few days rather than a few weeks.
