attempted to ask for an RMA # for a refund but no one has responded and 30 days has almost passed. The filters were not compatible with my parent's refrigerator and are unused, but this 1-star rating is because of lack of communication, not the product itself.

My order arrived in a timely manner (especially with the Covid-19 issue). The filters fit in my Kitchen-Aid refrigerator just like the original one does and the water taste great! These filters were about half the price of the ones from Kitchen-Aid. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.
