What a crap company. Purchased. A dog coat first one eventually arrived as requested size large but this was far too small for my little malteese. Eventually got credit and ordered an XL. this arrived but was still far too small, I give up, no point having a size chart they send anything but the size you require. Your company us well deserving ot the 1.4 rating.

Rubbish item bought for a present but belongs in the bin was offered a 10% refund if i keep the junk they sent what a complete joke do not buy their cr*p item was listed as marble and is just some cheap plastic

Really disappointed with this item. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website!! And although they state the returns policy as being a full refund, they don't want to do it and make it very difficult and financially impossible to get one. We ended up with a 30% refund only and have been stuck with a crap item thats only fit for the bin!!

Total rip off, items not as portrayed. Ordered Christmas decoration which appeared to be 3D. Just a flat piece of plastic. Keep your money, buy in shop or off reputable Company.

The company overcharge for products which don't meet the description! Products for cats described as containing catnip do not....my cats have ignored them! Cat toys are charged at at least 4 times they can be obtained on Amazon or local shops. AVOID!! ☹️

I ordered a cat nip ball from this website and it never arrived. The tracking link said 'delivered'. I messaged them to ask about it and they said to contact the delivery service directly but when I click on it everything is in Chinese.

Firstly took them over a week to start dispatch. Had to email them. They then sent me completely the wrong product. An absolute rip off for what i actually received. When emailing them explaining the mistake the decided it was my mistake. Which it definitely wasn't. I asked for a refund and would send the product i didn't want back. After back and forward emails they offered 10% then 20% then 30% but said i would be charged for return. I will never go near this site again. Poor quality overpriced products and abysmal customer service. Avoid at all costs

The product we received was too small but it was the biggest size they had. We asked for a refund but they don’t do full refunds. They charge a shipping fee, a restocking and other moneys to return the item.
