Terrible casino. I have asked them to close my account 5 times; they responded by offering me "great deals" and completely ignored my wishes. To top it all off, my account is still not closed. They are incredibly dismissive, and it is impossible to close an account with them.

Ogromny problem z wypłatą. Pierwsza wypłata wygranej w kwocie 110 euro bez problemu.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating withdrawal delays and additional document requests can be. We'd like to clarify that identity verification (KYC) is an important security procedure designed to protect our players and their funds. According to Sections 6.2–6.3 of our Terms & Conditions, additional documents may be requested to complete identity and security checks. During this process, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. As stated in Section 8.11, withdrawals can be processed once the required verification checks have been completed. We understand that repeated document requests can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. Please contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat so we can review your situation and help resolve any outstanding verification issues. Best regards, Fieryplay Support Team

Nobody should deposit money here. I won a substantial amount of money and requested a withdrawal. The very next day, I was permanently banned from the casino, allegedly because I had violated their rules by first placing sports bets with my real-money balance and then playing with my bonus balance. However, after that, I started playing with my real money again, and that is where I won the substantial amount. They refused to pay out my winnings and even kept my own deposited money. What makes this even more outrageous is that just three days earlier, they had processed a withdrawal for me without any problem, even though I had played in exactly the same way. Apparently, it wasn't a problem then. Stay away from this casino. They are willing to accept your deposits and let you play, but once you win a significant amount, they can simply find a reason to confiscate both your winnings and your own money.
