Terrible casino. I have asked them to close my account 5 times; they responded by offering me "great deals" and completely ignored my wishes. To top it all off, my account is still not closed. They are incredibly dismissive, and it is impossible to close an account with them.

Ogromny problem z wypłatą. Pierwsza wypłata wygranej w kwocie 110 euro bez problemu. Przy drugiej wygranej 1500 euro tylko problemy... Najpierw weryfikacja, ponad dwa tygodnie wysyłanie kolejnych dokumentów. Przy użyciu karty wirtualnej wymagano potwierdzenia posiadania karty. Nie wszystkie banki mają takie w aplikacji lub na stronie a jedynie wyciąg z konta gdzie ta karta jest uwzględniona. Na moją prośbę bank wystawił mi takie potwierdzenie. I znaleźli kolejny problem,mianowicie selfie, dla nich ciągle nie wyraźne i td. Po 16 dniach konto pomyślnie zweryfikowane i zapewniają o wypłacie do 5 dni. Mam nadzieję, że ostatecznie tak będzie ale jeszcze się nie cieszę. Dodam, że jeśli nawet doczekam wyplaty na pewno nigdy już nie skorzystam z tego kasyna.

Nobody should deposit money here. I won a substantial amount of money and requested a withdrawal. The very next day, I was permanently banned from the casino, allegedly because I had violated their rules by first placing sports bets with my real-money balance and then playing with my bonus balance. However, after that, I started playing with my real money again, and that is where I won the substantial amount. They refused to pay out my winnings and even kept my own deposited money. What makes this even more outrageous is that just three days earlier, they had processed a withdrawal for me without any problem, even though I had played in exactly the same way. Apparently, it wasn't a problem then. Stay away from this casino. They are willing to accept your deposits and let you play, but once you win a significant amount, they can simply find a reason to confiscate both your winnings and your own money.

they simple wont let you withdraw AT ALL, ive been trying for over a month now and they keep asking for verification documents, they keep rejecting one over and over, after a week i finally got them to accept one and now they said my withdrawl is being processed and takes TWO weeks, after the two week i asked where my withdrawl is and the replied saying I have to complete verification and they said to upload document I ALREADY HAD APPROVED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO, its legit impossible to withdraw
