Hello Melody, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the updated Luxury Concealer, especially as a longtime customer who loved the original formula. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product you’ve relied on for years changes. The formula itself should not have changed with the updated packaging, so we’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced such a noticeable difference in the texture and coverage. We’d love the opportunity to help. A member of our Customer Happiness Team will be reaching out to you directly to learn more about your experience and see how we can best assist. We truly appreciate your loyalty and your honest feedback. Warm regards, Victoria from Fièra Cosmetics

Hello Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to find that neither shade was the right match. Finding the perfect concealer shade is so important, and while many of our customers find that mixing two shades together creates their ideal match throughout the year, we understand that this isn't the right solution for everyone. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that your concerns were not addressed in the timeframe you expected. A member of our Customer Happiness Team will be reaching out to you directly to review your experience, discuss the shade options available, and ensure we work toward the best possible resolution. Warm regards, Victoria from Fièra Cosmetics
