First Impression Doors & MoreReviews of fidminc.com

Best business and personal relationship, I love it’s personal

High quality product and a professional crew to install, thank you so much.

Quick response and great customer service

I bought a beautiful door from First Impression Doors & More. I explained what I needed and they worked with me to get what I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. The delivery was easy and fast.

We had a fantastic experience with the First Impression team. Chris is stellar. The transparency and attention to detail easily separated them from the rest. I’m the midst of the slew of supply challenges, they stayed nimble with trying to secure inventory. The fact that they were willing to recommend other businesses in lieu of inventory shortfall says it all. To be honest, our decision to wait for them to get inventory was predicated on their integrity and trust. Absolutely plan to come back again as well as recommend to friends.

The best product with super customer service

This company was a pleasure to work with especially our sales rep Stanley who walked us through everything step by step and took time to explain all aspects of the door and accessories and answered all of our questions and was clear he had in depth knowledge. Our installation coordinator Linda was also great to work with and always kept us up to date on the status of installation and the installers DMAC were also exceptional including the recommended door painters. Was a great experience process from start to finish!

Freddy helped us with all items of our project from start to finish! 👍🏻
