Delivery timeline issues
When I placed the order I was told it would arrive on September 16th. It didn’t arrive on the 16th and I didn’t get a tracking number. I contacted stonemarket via email and they sent a tracking number right away but had no idea when the order would arrive. The tracking number never worked. I contacted Stonemarket again and they tried to help track the order from their end. The order eventually arrived 10 days later which was frustrating because I had to hold up other parts of my remodel for the tile. The tile is what I ordered and seems to be in good condition.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration with the shipping delay. Our system compares shipping rates from approximately 35 different carriers and presents the most competitive available options at checkout. For this order, Forward Air was the selected carrier. We prepared your order and released it from our warehouse to Forward Air, and their tracking system continues to show the shipment as in transit. Although the delay occurred after the shipment was transferred to the carrier, we understand that the overall delivery experience reflects on us as well. Because of this experience, we are reviewing Forward Air as one of our shipping options and will reconsider offering them for future shipments if they cannot provide the level of service and tracking reliability we expect for our customers. We are actively following up with the carrier for a clearer delivery update and sincerely hope to have your order delivered as soon as possible.
