My order shipped faster than advertised, double boxed, right to my front door with no issues. I really liked the email status updates too. Can't say too much about about a seemingly perfect experience getting my wheelset. Thanks FFWD USA!

Thanks for your review and we truly appreciate your business David! Keep rolling on the F6D's and welcome to #teamFFWD!
I was on travel and only had my phone on me. I didn’t trust my “fat-fingering” when building a wheel set, so via the chat function, Jay gave me a number to which I can directly reach him. He was very helpful and informative as to which wheel set best fit my riding needs and budget. The whole buying experience was a pleasure. Looking forward to riding my new wheels. Kudos to Jay and FFWD!!

Fast and responsive customer service and the wheels where as described. So far I really like these wheels especially with the DT Swiss 240's. Great value wheels and stiff. Would buy again.
