FFWD Wheels USAReviews of ffwdusa.com

The service was great. My calls were returned quickly, and the wheels arrived in a timely manner.

Very good purchase experience! Communication very personable and wheel arrived packed perfectly, not damaged, and on time. Very high quality front disc wheel along with an awesome wheelbag and valve stickers. As promised, ready to ride.

Site is easy to Navigate. To find what your looking.

Fantastic experience. I had a few questions about the wheels, which were promptly answered. My wheels were shipped within just a few hours, and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The packaging was fantastic, and it was clear that time and attention go into every order. A+

Buying these wheels was a breeze(great price too!), communication and shipping was on point and they arrived on time. Now the fun part…the actual wheels. Wow!!!! These look like the real deal. It’s winter and I can’t do much riding at this point but once I can get my bike off the trainer and these wheels on the road, there’s little doubt in my mind I’ll thoroughly enjoy them. Thanks FFWD!

This was my second set of FFWD wheels. Easy order process, quick reply. My wheels shipped out a day later, even though it was the holiday season!

These are some awesome wheels at a great price. I installed one tire and it was easy. I always inflate tubeless tires before installing sealant. The tire seated instantly and has remained inflated without sealant...that is a signature of great wheels with amazing pre-installed rim tape and valve stems. I will not ride on these wheels until we get some dry roads with no winter cinders. Purchase and shipping was flawless and the wheels came in a really nice wheel bag. Can't wait to hit the road on these wheels!

prior to my purchase i had questions about how to mount the TYRO to my QR setup, Jon responded and explained that they have different end caps for the hubs. appreciated it when i ordered my TYRO wheelset months later, Pam reached out after usual business hours explaining that the end caps would be installed prior to shipping out and sent me a tracking link. appreciated it after receiving the wheels i had misunderstanding on something which wasn’t FFWD USA fault, Jay from customer service on the chat helped me out and actually got what i was expecting, shipped out. appreciated it would definitely get more FFWD in the future
