FFWD Wheels USAReviews of ffwdusa.com

Great buying experience! Fast shipping and Pam was extremely helpful in making sure I got all the correct items for my wheels. My questions were answered promptly on a weekend which was surprising. Would highly recommend based on my initial buying experience. Received shipment notification on the same day I placed my order. I haven’t used wheels yet, so I cannot comment on the ride. Overall initial appearance is of good quality.

I have 3 sets of FFWD wheels. Whenever I need their help they always go above and beyond to take care of me. FFWD for life!

The website guides you through the process nicely. If you have any questions Jon is on it. My buying experience was great and I can’t wait to ride my new wheelset outside once spring arrives in northern IL in a couple of months.

Bought a set of F6R on sale with a ship date 2/21. Turns out they had a set and shipped out 3 days after ordering. They were packaged well and UPS delivered as scheduled, a week after ordering. Two tubes rides and they’re still true. Just went tubeless so excited to see how they differ. Will definitely buy my next wheelset from FFWD.

The guys went above and beyond to get me the wheels ASAP.

The whole process from beginning to end was very simple and straight forward. From placing the order to when I received them, mounted tires and registered them. I would definitely recommend this product and company.....
