Brent was fantastic. He answered every question fully and completely without delay while guiding us first time home buyers through a home buying process that ended up becoming overly complicated by other parties. Brent was a major asset to our home purchase and we would recommend him to anyone looking to mortgage a home purchase.

Thank you so much!
I recently used Brent Bartlett to finance my new home in Illinois. Brent answered his phone day and night to answer even the simplest questions I had. He also got our appraisal waived saving us time and money. I highly recommended working with Brent and can’t wait to use him again in the future.

Thank you so much for choosing me as your LO with so many other options available. It was a pleasure working with you both and best of luck on your move!
Brent was incredible! Extremely responsive and always there to give an explanation to things. Would absolutely recommend!

As first-time homebuyers, we had an excellent experience with Brent. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to accommodate our busy schedules, which helped us have a smooth buying experience in this competitive housing market. We appreciated his proactive updates and coordination with all parties involved in the buying process. He was one of the reasons why we decided not to go with another bank. We highly recommend Brent for your mortgage needs.

Brent made himself available throughout my entire home-buying process and was able to answer all my questions.

Brent was available, transparent, and very informative. He was able to explain things in bite sized pieces and keep things moving to help us reach our closing on time.

Brent went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time. There were quite a few issues with closing on time, not because of anything Brent did, and worked after hours to ensure we met the deadline. He was incredibly responsive and would recommend him to family and friends.
