I recently ordered small jewelry bags from Fetpak and was totally delighted in the speedy delivery of the product. Their website is easy to find what you are looking for and easy to place an order. Will do business with again. Thanks Fetpak

Great customer care and online communication - a good experience form start to finish - would not use anybody else for my future purchases.

I purchased jewelry gift boxes and two of the three varieties I ordered were perfect. Best quality boxes I have found so far. One type, the small charm size kraft gift boxes have lids that fit too tightly and are nearly impossible to get off. I won't be ordering more of those but will be buying the other two in bulk now since there are some good quantity discounts.

I was charged a $7.95 freight charge for first class shipping for a little tiny box of needles that could have fit in a regular envelope. I've purchased similar products from other vendors who have never charged such an unnecessary price for shipping a tiny item. I understand you have no control over the price of freight charges, however, my point is this item could have been placed in a regular envelope and sent to me without such a ridiculous freight charge rather than packaged in a large envelope wrapped in bubble wrap. I'll be sure to shop around to other companies next time I'm looking to purchase tagging needles.

Brenda, Fetpak's freight policy is as follows: Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 and totals below that have a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.95 in the Contiguous US and All of Canada. We are a wholesaler of packaging supplies. Most wholesalers have minimum orders, many times as high as $100 to $300. However Fetpak has no minimum and as a courtesy we process orders such as yours, which was $8.95. We certainly do not make money on small orders such as yours, even with the few extra dollars from shipping. The idea is that sometimes small customers become large customers and so we cater to all. Besides that is only fair to the customer. As for packaging, remember you purchased needles for a Tagging Gun. These cannot just be "placed in a regular envelope". Needles need to be securely wrapped in bubble so they do not break open during transport and injure someone. We spend extra on packaging materials to insure no one gets injured and that your product arrives safety. Of course we would like you to continue purchasing from Fetpak, hopefully you give us another try. Thank you.
Very fast shipping and an excellent product. I will definitely be using them again.

My order came in a timely fashion, the price was right, the quality was excellent and I could not be more pleased. This is the second time I've ordered from them and both times the product was exactly what I wanted and of outstanding quality. I would highly recommend Fetpak products.

I could NEVER get those bags I ordered because package was just left inside building.Nobody brought the package inside the store. And I clearly stated on the address label that shipping going into store. And store name was printed on the package. Thanks good people in the building they just notified me that left over package is mine.Since package costs money and considering bad shipping I am not sure if I will order again from Fetpak..Sorry

Marina, glad you received your package. We shipped your package the day after you ordered via UPS. Not sure why they left the package in the building, instead of hand delivering to you. Of course after the package leaves our dock we do not have control over the delivery. Best we can do is use reliable carriers and ship promptly, which we do. However seems this time the carrier failed. Hopefully you order from Fetpak again and we can use another carrier. Our apologizes for the inconvenience.
If you are a small business owner like me, it is nice to find a place to order in smaller quantities. So often with other suppliers, the number you need to order is just to large. The prices are reasonable and I love that so many of their products are made in the United States.
