I ordered on the 2nd. It's now the 11th. It will be three more days. This is insane. Using the chat feature was pointless as she just said "It's in our window". Meanwhile my dog feels like crap as we sit here hoping I don't get another email pushing it back even further. They did call and leave a message that they were going to remove the charge. I appreciated the gesture. I really think it would have gone a long way to diffusing the situation if chat had just said "I'm sorry you're frustrated". Not even taking the blame, just acting human. By the time I got the message on the phone I let myself get too worked up. They said it was a combo of the holiday weekend and USPS being slow. So, maybe it was just the perfect storm of bad timing. It's worth trying, maybe start with an order that doesn't involve medicine for a sick pet. I do have to say Sat morning I ordered through Amazon and had it the next morning. ( While I appreciate Fetch RX wants to talk to me about the issue I'd rather not. Moving on.)

Hi Laurie, We understand how concerning it is to be waiting for medication when your dog isn't feeling well. To provide some clarity, your order was placed on July 2. Our pharmacy was closed on July 3 in observance of the holiday and over the weekend. Your order shipped on the next business day and then experienced an unexpected delay while in transit with USPS. Regarding the quantity received, we reviewed your order and it was placed for one box, which is what was dispensed and shipped. If you were expecting a different quantity, we'd be happy to review your order details with you. We’ve reached out and left you a voicemail to discuss your experience. I sent a message to hold the refill. I had plenty left and did not want additional meds. I requested them hold and send it a month later . If the next one comes I will have over2 months ahead for my dog. Please look into this matter. Mary

I just sign up with FETCH. And my first experience l paid which l expected to go towards my deductible. Then my second bill submitted was paid but to my understanding it’s only paid once a year . Now l wasen't happy about that because as far as l am concerned if you have insurance for your family pet insurance shouldn’t have limits as to how often they pay . I pay the premium l want the coverage . I find that these little things are some times very difficult to understand and untrusting .
