Fest FlagsReviews of festflags.com

I would highly recommend this company for any flag. They were the only ones that could actually do a custom pendant for a festival for me. The way I wanted I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Tom for all your help

I am a repeat Fest Flags customer and I have been impressed with every purchase. I have my Fest Flags mounted with the Premium LED Whip Swivel Flag Clips on my RZR XP1000, I put them through all kinds of hell and the flags last an amazing 1500 - 2000 miles before I have to think about replacing them, other flags haven't made half that time with me. The customer service is quick to respond to emails, and the assistance in flag design is awesome. I have always received my orders in a timely manner and look forward to future purchases. Great products, great service.

Customer service was great! Very easy to work with. We received our flags in a timely fashion and they were beautiful! And what made them even better was the great price. I highly recommend!

Absolutely some of the fastest and most reliable help I've ever had from an online vendor. will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for all the help Todd.

I did all of my own artwork and sent the .ai files over to have them printed, so I can't really comment on their design quality, but the flags turned out great and are very well made. I'm sure they will last a very long time with proper care, and I will definitely use Fest Flags again. I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of communication and the inability to just check in on your order. After signing the proof you get a notice that your order is in production and then that's it for 3-4 weeks, nothing but silence. The next update i received was to inform me the order had shipped, which in my case was the same day they arrived.

Amazingly responsive customer service. Every point of design, style, is thoroughly reviewed and they simply will not accept less than perfection for their customers. I will always order only from FestFlags as I know I'm getting the very best quality, and reasonable pricing.

I bought 4 pennant flags in yellow with a photo on them. They are all double sided with plenty of stitching. I will definitely buy from them again when I want more flags.

Todd and team are responsive, flexible, and do whatever they can to make it right. We had a big shipping issue (FedEx's fault) and Fest Flags worked hard to make it right.
