The graphics on the flag were astounding and the quality was far beyond what I expected. The cost was extremely reasonable and I was delighted with the end result. I was also impressed with the communication from Fest Flags.

After being a customer for over 5 years , my last 2 orders have been unacceptable at best. The quality was good but the time frame getting them was much to long. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere.

Hi Marty, We truly appreciate your support over the past five years, and we're very sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet expectations. We did run into some unexpected delays over the July 4th holiday due to high order volume, and to make it right, we issued a $120 credit toward your order—a gesture we hoped would reflect how much we value your loyalty. We never want to lose a long-time customer and would be happy to personally oversee any future orders to ensure they go smoothly. If you’d be open to giving us another shot, we’re here to help. All the best, -Todd
Feat Flags is an excellent company. High quality flags made exactly how you want them. With so many options on the style you can choose, you can’t go wrong. I have ordered from Fest Flags three times. I return over again because I can trust that the flags will arrive with the correct colors, spacing, and design chosen. Todd helped me walk through the process each time and the delivery is always flawless. He is highly responsive to emails and texts. He cares about the product you receive. I’ll be back again!

Thank you for the high praise my man. Great working with you!
I just wanted to share how impressed we’ve been with the flags you made for my son, Quinn. We constantly get compliments on them! We recently returned from another ride on the Hatfield-McCoy & Outlaw trails in West Virginia, and to our surprise, two of your flags are still flying strong on one of the Outlaw trails—over a year later! They’ve held up through all kinds of weather, including a full winter, and still look amazing—not a single tear. It was such a great moment turning the corner and seeing them still there, proudly waving. Beyond that, it’s also a great way to bring awareness to the incredible work these children's hospitals do. Thank you for creating such a meaningful and high-quality product. Thank you for also working directly with my son in creating the final designs for the two hospitals that saved him. Shannon
