Mixed emotions about this company. The first delivery experience went well. The guys were friendly and on time. The furniture is nice but I was disappointed to find that the items were used. They charge as if items are new so that felt a little sleezy. The cost of the rugs I received from them are $900 each. I assumed the rugs were new for that price. They aren’t.. and upon closer inspection I noticed quite a bit of pet hair on one of them which was frustrating as my son has severe allergies to dog and cat dander. I had to have it professionally cleaned. I had a second delivery of a few small items about a week after the first delivery. It didn’t go well. The delivery driver was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. It left a bad taste in my mouth as far as recommending them to friends and family or for using them again for my own purposes. I was also very upset about being charged a $25 late fee when my payment was a day late. (Direct deposit was late due to bank holiday) $25 for a late fee is extremely excessive, especially considering their products are highly overpriced to begin with. Overall, I’m not really impressed and probably won’t hold on to the furniture long.

Terrible experience. I should have cancelled my order on the first day when they were sold out of a couch that I wanted. The bed broke on the first day, as did the couch. They replaced the bed, which then proceeded to ruin my $1500 mattress (the lack of support caused the springs to be uneven). It was very typical wear and tear, and they said I owed them $800+ for couch repair and cleaning. In what world, I do not know. As a property manager I know that industrial furniture cleaning isn't more than $79, and I could have repaired the couch (again, that broke due to poor quality) for less than $100. They claim they do not charge for normal wear and tear, but that is a lie. They will take the entire cost of the furniture in rental fees, and then charge you for it again, unless you return it in "like new condition". I suppose the furniture isn't actually intended to be used at all. I should have went with Cort or Aarons for furniture again, but unfortunately, I got caught up in Fernish "trendiness" and that I do and will continue to regret. They won't make it right or be reasonable.

Great service, saved me a ton of time and hassle.

My service with furnish has been pretty positive, they are helpful and have great options. However, they claim to charge you a subscription-based price for each item every month until you have paid for that item in full, and they will then stop charging you because you own the item(s). what they DON'T tell you is that they will not stop charging you for those items until you call and ask them to. there is no option to see a balance of each item on the website, or any page with info about this at all. I was pretty shocked to see that I was paying about 2K to furnish my office monthly when I had technically paid for multiple items in full and could have saved quite a bit of $. You can have the greatest furnishing company in LA but if you aren't honest and seeking the best help for your customers, it will reflect.

Had great experience with them, service is fast, customer service is prompt and responsive and their pricing and terms did fit my pocket. I lived in LA for a couple months and used their service to furnish my rental room. The whole process of delivery and then pick up when the rental was done was smooth and good. Overall, great company and I will use their services again.

My husband and I move a lot due to work and Fernish has been our greatest blessing. Not only is the furniture selection modern and stylish, but it's always proven to be of the best quality and craftsmanship. More than that, customer service (shoutout to Liz!) is just incredible. When I want to swap, flip, switch, move or just bounce some ideas around they have been tremendously helpful. If you're considering renting pieces here, don't hesitate.
